Hello Fitness enthusiasts, Reyaz this side a Fitness Freak, Engineer, Entrepreneur. Also acquired various certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Anabolics.

With almost 15 years of experience into fitness industry I have tried and tested almost every program every diet you could possibly think of.

I stepped into the gym for the very first time in 2010 at 50 KG bodyweight with no goals other than gain some pounds of weight where I can get fit in some clothes and look little good that’s it.

Since then, l have been pretty consistent with workouts diets cheat meals and rests. And trust me that’s all you need to bring the desired change in physique. I have peaked my weight to 92 kgs and now very well maintain at 75kgs.

That’s why I believe all you can achieve the same or better according to your fitness goals.

In this series of blogs ill cover almost every aspect of physical fitness , fat loss, powerlifting, posing, anabolics, general lifestyle fitness, Natural & Enhanced Bodybuilding.

I understand many people out there are in bad, expensive, or no guidance at all. But here ill try to cover and answer as many doubts and myths circling fitness industry.

Ill also send out as many tips and trick which might help you to reach your goal.

Ill share many workout routine for bodybuilding , programs for powerlifting ,nutrition for different types of goals.

I have made many mistakes through these years and I might still be making some I am sure but that’s the point you keep on learning and be road to become better every day. Right?

But at least you guys don’t have to repeat those mistakes.

Thers also an old saying “Don’t be a Mr know it all, be a Mr learn it all”.

How this series will help?

Well I will to reach out to all of you through this blog page and various social channels as well where we will share and discuss different challenges we face in our road to progress.

This medium will work more as Training partner than as coach where you can feel free to ask or try out new things.

After all these years I can say one thing for sure, what’s working for me might work you.Every individual body responds differently to different things, depending various biological and lifestyle factors .But don’t worry that’s why we  are here, to figure out what’s best for ones own fitness.
